BRAND IDENTITY - NuLook Collision Centers

A 7-location collision repair center based out of Rochester NY - Nu-Look Collision Centers was just opening its 7th location in Canandaigua NY in Spring 2008, when Campbell Communications began handling Nu-Look Collision Centers’ PR and Grand Opening Campaign for its expansion into a new county. To help create brand awareness and action, Campbell Communications designed a multi-media campaign including print, television, radio, PR and DM - with the print and DM campaign driving more than double the drop-in prospects than Nu-Look’s web-site! 

With Nu-Look’s Canandaigua center up and running, Campbell went on to handle all of Nu-Look Collision Centers’ marketing, advertising, and public relations - synchronizing its brand presence and call-to-action across all media platforms for a consistent message - from television, radio, print collateral, and internet - to writing and placing PR stories across all major broadcast and print media (Ch. 13, 10, 8, RNews, the Democrat and Chronicle, Messenger Post Media, and Rochester Business Journal). Campbell also organized employee / vendor events, as well as created company community events such as the 2008 Foodlink Food Drive and 2009 Ronald McDonald House Food Drive. 

Major projects: Writing and producing a dozen+ television commercials, media planning, re-designing a new customer brochure, creating a multi-media campaign to launch the new Canandaigua center, and over-hauling the web-site to better tell the Nu-Look story (points-of-difference) and create a call-to-action. With enhanced Home page, site navigation, content update, and improved SEO - the updated web-site’s new on-line estimate sign-ups have increased 36% since the site re-launch in September 2009.
